Nisha Haji is a Senior Advisor at the Centre for Innovation and Workplace Culture, Ontario Ministry in Government Services. As a part of the Ontario Public Service her experience ranges from citizen engagement, project/people management to public policy and corporate social responsibility programs. Rooted in her childhood in Kenya, Nisha is passionate about and inspired by collaborative and creative processes that contribute to positive social change within communities for citizens and for the ecosystem that sustains us. She completed a Bachelor of Arts at Western University and a Master of Adult Education and Community Development at OISE, University of Toronto. Nisha explores social innovation and emerging problem solving approaches, including projects such as integrating Design Thinking in the public school system, facilitating conversations with leaders from the Emerging Leaders Network and organizing events like Ed Camp Design Thinking with Exhibit Change, a community-based design driven consultancy.
